Baio - Pianca coffee table

Eccentric and singular, the detail that unites the whole Baio series is the result of an inspiration born in Iceland. It was the iconic image of a herd of horses that suggested to designers the idea of dressing the feet of the tables with an elongated and tapered plinth. It is an element that gives design an aesthetic out of traditional patterns and a base more markedly rooted in the ground. The resulting balance is refined and delicate. In the version with round top, the central single foot is fixed to a circular support plate, which discreetly gives stability to the whole. Another peculiarity of Baio is the considerable variety of sizes and shapes available, which adds to the wide possibility of customizing materials, colors and finishes.
